Emotional Freedom Technique

This is an American technique that is a simple, non-intrusive form of therapy. It uses a series of tapping techniques on both acupressure and acupuncture meridian points, then using specifically designed wording/affirmations it re balances the thought processes that have been controlling your body through your mind, thus re instating homeostsasis (harmonywithin the body).

E.F.T uses a combination of therapies drawn from Acupressure, Kinesiology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

How it works
E.F.T focus’ the mind on the problem and by using specific affirmation(s) Carrie then taps (with you) on specific points to stimulate the energy system of the body.   The most important part of EFT is the affirmation, since this is what is required to change how you have viewed the problem thus far…  a simple technique that does NOT require you to believe in the technique – it just works! Don’t take my word for it – try it and see for yourself!
